It's approximately a 10 minute walk to downtown Vic, 10 minute walk to Fernwood and 5 minute walk to Rockland. Bus stop is located right outside the building. The space: 1043 SQ.FT with 7'11" ceiling height, well cared for unit in a quiet building. Large closet space, in-suite laundry & dryer, shared storage locker, secure bike room, available parking space. (I mostly bike). Space for your plants on the enclosed balcony and gardening plots are also available on the building's property. Your bedroom and your 3 pc bathroom will be unfurnished and are freshly painted in a clean, crisp white. Although the rest of the space is mostly furnished - I will be happy to combine my furniture & art pieces with yours in order to create the space we both enjoy and feel comfortable in.
