Available for pick up today in Regina, SK! Whole wheat flour poppy seed half roll. Made with whole wheat flour, and freshly ground poppy seeds using a 2-day process. The poppy seeds are ground, and then cooked and refrigerated overnight, before baking them into a roll the next day. I don’t use preservatives or chemicals in my baking. Only high quality natural ingredients. Because of this, this roll was frozen shortly after baking to maintain freshness. These freeze great! I have the SafeCheck® Advanced Food Safety Certification.
