I have a variety of THICK PLASTIC barrels that can be used to build a raft or lake/dugout platform or pier . Sizes available are 15 , 20 , 30 , and 55 gallon . Google states " The imperial gallon of water is defined as 10.02 pounds " . Each barrel displaces ( floats ) almost the weight of water relative to its volume. SEVERAL people have already used these to make the items listed above as well as to float boat lifts in & out of the water . Prices are: 15 gal-----$15 ; 20 gal-----$20 ; 30 gal-----$35 ; 55 gal-----$50 ( if available ) .
