Renting for the month of August only, from 1st August to 31st August. I have one fully furnished private room with walk-in closet in a two bedroom apartment. Currently I live in one room, the second room is for rent. 5 minutes walk to the University. 3 minutes walk to the Bus stop, Convenient store (24/7), McDonald’s, hair Salon, taco, coffee shop etc. $850 includes a month rent, electricity, high speed internet, water, heating, in suit laundry. Clean and neat apartment. Looking for a mature worker or mature student. Only looking for one Male person to rent. Two or more person, not acceptable. No partying. Quite and good neighborhood.
