;I have burn ham steam boiler for sale it is around 800000 BTU on natural gas.detentions 36w36h 61.5 long serial# 750632 leaven sections 5 series. model # 5011. it can be convert to hot water it have cast iron sections also you can make smaller BTU to get some section out the one section is cracked it can be replaced or get that section out it is very good boiler also i have condensate pump works really good steam lines, gate valve what ever you can use looking for offers at the whole works or partially it will heat up 170000 sq feet building if you want to slit to half the sections it will heat up 8500sq feet good or apartments or any other place. ph 306-591-6293
